This is the first time that I have had an opportunity to communicate with you directly since taking up the position of Group Managing Director of Telstra International last month.
Telstra International is a dynamic and vibrant business and our mission is to ensure that these attributes are translated into meaningful and measurable outcomes for each and every one of our customers.
This year promises to be an exciting and challenging one as we work towards a promising future, as we turn the page on the worst of the Global Financial Crisis. Notwithstanding, it is important that we do not become complacent in our outlook and so we at Telstra International are continually looking at ways to ensure that we are winning business and customer trust in every market that we operate in.
I am very much looking forward to meeting with as many of you as is possible over the coming months as I will be travelling throughout the regions to share with you our exciting plans for Telstra International.
